【Specifications】

[Engine]

Adopt KAMA 178F air-cooled diesel engine with crankshaft output and maximum output speed of 3600 rpm.

[Clutch mode]

Adopt wet friction clutch for power clutch and clutch.

[Connection method]

The engine and transmission are connected by flange.

[Transmission structure]

1、 The transmission box is divided into upper and lower structure, the upper is the transmission body, the lower is the running box body, the transmission body and the running box body are bolted together.

2、 Transmission box body adopts aluminum alloy low pressure casting.

3、 The walking box is made of gray iron sand casting or ductile iron casting.

4. There are 5 shafts in the whole transmission box, and 3 double spur gears and 2 sets of bevel gears are used to change the speed and power transmission direction.

[Main shaft]

1、(Spindle) variable speed gear: Z1=14, m1=2.5; Z2=25, m2=2.

2. Spline connection is used between the variable speed gear and the main shaft. Changing the position of the variable speed gear on the main shaft can realize fast gear, neutral gear and slow gear; the main shaft is connected to the gearbox body through bearing installation.

[Sub-shaft]

1、Double gear of secondary shaft: Z1=39, m1=2.5; Z2=40, m2=2.

2、Active bevel gear: Z=10, m=3.

3、The secondary shaft is fixed on the gearbox body, and the secondary shaft twin gear is set on the active bevel gear by key connection, and the active bevel gear is connected to the secondary shaft by needle bearing, etc.

[Reverse gear shaft]

1、Reverse gear: Z1=15, m1=2.5; Z2=20, m2=2.5.

2、Reverse gear shaft is fixed on the gearbox body, and the reverse gear is hollow set on the reverse gear shaft through the reverse gear push plate.

[Bevel gear shaft]

1、 Driven bevel gear: Z=43, m=3.

2、 Bevel gear shaft: Z=8, m=4.

3、 The driven bevel gear and bevel gear shaft are connected by spline, and the bevel gear shaft is connected to the running box through two taper bearings.

[Output shaft]

1、 Traveling bevel gear: Z=33, m=4.

2、 The traveling bevel gear is connected with the output shaft by spline, and the output shaft is connected to the traveling box through two bearings.

[Rotational speed calculation]

1、Fast gear position: i1=40/25×43/10×33/8=28.38

n1=3600rpm×i1=3600rpm×28.38=127rpm

2. Slow gear position: i2=39/14×43/10×33/8=49.4

n2=3600rpm×i2=3600rpm×49.4=73rpm

3. Reverse gear position: i3=20/14×39/15×43/10×33/8=65.88

n3=3600 rpm×i3=3600 rpm×65.88=54 rpm
