I.Preparation before moving together
NOTE:
1. Make sure that the engine oil is between the upper and lower scribes of the oil scale, otherwise add clean engine oil;
2. The gasoline must be clean, and all kinds of containers and refueling appliances shall be cleaned.
① Check the connection of all fasteners and confirm that all moving parts are connected reliably;
② Open the fuel tank cover, and inject gasoline through the filler screen;
③ Pull the starter by hand for 2-3 turns to check whether the cylinder pressure is normal.
II、 Start
1. Start in winter
① Open the oil tank switch and ignition switch, close the choke of carburetor, and open the speed control handle to the position of 1/3 ~ 1/2;
② First pull slowly several times, then pull hard and quickly, the engine can start.
2. Start at high temperature
① When started at cold engine, the choke is closed, and other conditions are the same as above;
② When started at hot engine, it can be started when the choke is closed at 1/2.
NOTE:
① The gasoline engine shall be operated at low speed for 3-5 minutes. During this period, check whether the connecting parts of the engine are loose, whether there is oil leakage, governor failure, etc. Through hearing, confirm whether there is knocking sound, loose and abnormal sound and other abnormal sound in the gasoline engine. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it shall be checked and eliminated immediately.
② It is forbidden to suddenly increase the load after starting to avoid abnormal wear or damage of the machine body.
III、 Shutdown
1. Turn down the throttle, gradually unload the load, and run the engine at low speed for 4-5 minutes without load to cool down the gasoline engine gradually;
2. Turn off the flameout switch, cut off the ignition circuit and stop the engine;
3. Turn off the tank switch.
Note: it is forbidden to shut down the engine at high speed and heavy load to avoid damaging the gasoline engine.
