The quality of the micro-cultivator determines its arable effect, but in order to prolong the service life of the micro-cultivator, it is more important for users to maintain and store the micro-cultivator. The following is some knowledge about the maintenance of micro-tiller:
Firstly, before puting the plough into operation, pay attention to checking whether the fuel, lubricating oil and coolant are enough, and then starting the machine before preheating, in addtion pay attention to checking and cleaning or replacing the "filter" (air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, filter , in addtion carefully check the troubleshooting, cleaning, fastening, adjusting and lubricating parts for eliminating hidden dangers.
Secondly, regular inspection should be carried out on the micro-tiller during off-season, so that the machinery can be ensured to operate in a good technical state and give full play to its mechanical efficiency during busy season. The engine oil should be replaced 20 hours after the first use and every 100 hours thereafter. The driving transmission oil should be replaced 50 hours after the first use and once every 200 hours after the first use. The fuel filter should be cleaned every 500 hours and replaced after 1000 hours. Bolts of each connection frame should be tightened. Air filters must be cleaned. Bearing oil remained at 0.11 litres.
Thirdly, wash the surface of the machine with water every day after use, wipe it dry thoroughly, and add lubricating oil to the running and sliding parts as required. When washing, the suction mouth of the air filter must not be infiltrated the water. When maintaining, the engine must be turned off and carried out after the overheating part is cooled.
Finally, if the micro-cultivator is not used for a long time, it shall be put into storage according to the following steps: firstly, the engine runs at low speed for 5 minutes, users should drain the lubricating oil and replace it with new oil while the engine is still hot, and then take out the rubber plug on the cylinder head to inject a little oil, in addition, put the decompression lever in the position of no compression and pull the recoil starting handle 2 ~ 3 times, but do not start the engine. Put decompression handle in the compression position, slowly pull out the recoil start handle, stop in the compression position, so taht the suction and exhaust valve in the closed state, moisture will not enter the engine, which can prevent corrosion. Finally, the tiller should be parked in a dry place, and each operating machine should be treated with anti-rust first.
When a failure cannot be ruled out, users should promptly contact the professional maintenance staff tather than blindly disassemble.
